Why do I now have Edge Beta installed on my computer?

Last month, I performed a clean install of Windows 10 Home with the latest version 20H2 which included the new version of Edge.  All updates have been applied since then as well.

This week out of nowhere, I now have two versions showing (Edge and Edge Beta) on my start menus.  I never signed up for any "previews" or "early access" stuff.  I never noticed a prompt to install the Beta version.  I did not ask for - nor do I want - the Beta version of anything.  Control panel says my current version of Edge is 87.0.664.66.  If I try the option to "Change" or "Uninstall", it does nothing other than updates my "Installed On" date to today.

Why or how did this auto install on my computer?

How do I get rid of the Beta version of Edge?

Answer
Answer

Not always in that location:

Found the MSI here for me:  C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{36805427-5E52-4EE4-8306-50F4E3F28A3B}

Right Click --->  Uninstall

MicrosoftEdgeBetaEnterpriseX64.msi
