Why do I have this problem "DNS Server isn't responding"

I have a computer HP Windows 10 Pro. This problem happens often. Especially after Up dates occur.

Can someone help me?

Does it only happen on one browser or all of the browsers installed on your computer?

Kindly follow the steps below and check if the methods help resolve the issue.

- Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter to identify the issue and fix it.

Press windows key + I
Click on Updates & Security
On the left pane menu, click on Troubleshoot
Click on Additional troubleshooters
Locate and click on Internet Connection
Click on Run this troubleshooter
Follow the onscreen instruction until the process completes
Restart the computer and check if the same issue occurs

If the above method did not resolve the issue, please follow the steps below.

- Reset DNS Cache

Open the command prompt as administrator
Type each command below and press enter after each command

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
nbtstat -r
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset

Close the command prompt
Restart the computer and check if the same issue appears

- Update the Network Adapter driver installed on computer

Press windows key + X
Select Device Manager
On the device manager, locate and expand network adapters
Right click on the network driver that is currently installed
Select Update Driver
Select search automatically for drivers
Windows will search for an available driver software online
Wait for the process to complete

Restart the computer and check if the same issue appears

I am not sure at  present. I am a slow learner. I have not tried all of the fix, earlier the windows did work better.
