when trying to print a PDF and scaling it down the PDF will dissapear

Hi, i use microsoft edge to print my shipping labels and i could do it without issue until 2 days ago, i don't know what happened but i can't scale down the PDF anymore, it will disappear , here is the example this should be a fedex shipping label, but when scaling down to 98 it disappears

I am having the same problem when printing any PDF file opened in Microsoft Edge. Any time I reduce the size (no matter which PDF document), the pages will come up blank.

Good day Jose, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. This is a known issue on the current version of MS Edge and there are others who are experiencing the same and for this I would suggest for you to also send a feedback to the team that is working on Edge and hopefully a fix/patch will be applied the soonest and you can provide a feedback from the browser itself by clicking on the 3 dots > Help and feedback > Send feedback.

Hi,

The same problem for us only noticed in the last few days

works fine in other browsers

Its with shipping label prints(FedEx, TNT, my team global)

works fine upon selecting 'fit to printable area' but goes blank when custom scaling size selected below 100 percent

I started having the same issue two days ago. It prints fine until I have to change the print scale then it prints blank.

Yup, I am having the same problem and its worst since I need to print checks out for work. I can't even us a different browser since the printing settings were done on the accounting software using Microsoft Edge. Microsoft Edge team, can you reach out to me as well please. Thanks

I am having the same issue. This was caused by a recent update... I hope someone gets this to the right department to get it fixed ASAP.

All of our clients with Windows are having the exact same issue out of nowhere.

I also have the same issue when printing to my label printer. Scaling goes blank.
