What are the default security settings for Microsoft Edge?

I have been told that my security settings are too high for a website. I want to have the default security settings for Microsoft Edge. I know there is a reset settings feature, but I just want my security settings to be back to normal, not all of my settings.

If you want to reset the security settings in Microsoft Edge to their default values without resetting all of your settings, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the window.

  2. Click on "Settings".

  3. Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security".

  4. Under the "Security" section, click on "Security defaults".

  5. Click on the "Restore defaults" button.


This will reset the security settings in Microsoft Edge to their default values, while leaving your other settings intact. After doing this, you should be able to access the website without any security warnings, as long as the website is not actually malicious.
