unable to access a particular website

why do I suddenly get the error message "Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.bigw.com.au/" on this server.

Reference #18.af07d217.1621140741.2e4e5b87" with windows 10

it only seems to happen on the **** Au site

I'm using edge, but have tried it with firefox, waterfox ,chrome and opera.

I have formatted and reinstalled windows pro and still get the same problem.

I have reset my modem with no joy.

I am lost, as I can access the site fine on my phone and tablet, but i want to be able to get to it on the pc as well

I have even uninstalled all addons/extensions with no luck.

Try adding the website as a trusted site in Edge:
