PDF view blurry in Edge Browser.

When scrolling a PDF document in the Edge browser, each page is initially blurry, and then snaps into focus after a couple of seconds. There was a question on this before and the answer was to use the hardware acceleration feature in the settings but that did not work for the original question nor did it work for me. I have smooth scrolling on and this has nothing to do with that. It is a focus problem for each new page that comes into view while scrolling. I'm using Windows 11. I do not have this problem when viewing PDF's in Chrome.

Does it fix the problem when zooming in and out? If not, the renderer may have difficulty keeping up with the scrolling.

Try to repair the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime and see if it helps. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Look for the app and select it. Click the three dots and then click Modify. Click the Repair button and restart the computer after it is done to see if it fixes the problem.
