Open ftp link in file explorer from IE / IE Edge

Hi all experts, I have 2 questions about IE / Windows GPO / Registry.

Q1 -

In IE, I can type "\\127.0.0.1\c$" to access my C drive with file explorer automatically;

However, I want to do the same thing when I type "ftp://xyzftp.com" and open with file explorer.

How can I do this through GPO / Registry / others way?

(I already enabled "Enable FTP folder view" & "Use Passive FTP" in IE)

Q2 -

In IE Edge, I want to access "\\127.0.0.1\c$" in file explorer but it will only display in browser as below:

It will also the same result when accessing FTP link;

How can I do this through GPO / Registry / others way?

Thank you for any reply and suggestions!!
