Microsoft Edge History not deleting

Hi. I tried deleting my edge browsing history, but it doesn't delete the history. I have tried deleting my history several times but it doesn't delete no matter what. I wanted to delete my all time browsing history. Why is this happening? Any help is highly appreciated!

Good day,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

Please right click Start Menu>Apps and Features to find Microsoft Edge>Modify>Repair.

After repair, back to browser history and try delete it.

Or you can try uninstall Microsoft Edge.

Make sure you have other browser website to reinstall Edge before uninstall it.

Right click Edge icon, choose Open file location, delete the msedge.exe

Here is a screenshot of Windows 11, it is the same with Windows 10.

You can reinstall Microsoft Edge through the link: Download Microsoft Edge Web Browser | Microsoft

Please note that: If you uninstall Edge, your Favorites and Collections will be deleted together.
