local links not working after Edge update to 121.0.2277.83

Microsoft Edge updte  121.0.2277.83 broke local links openning (file://).

We have IntranetFileLinksEnabled policy set up which worked ok till the update.

Aferer Edge update from 120...... to 121 , after clicking on file:// link Edge creates tab: about:blank#blocked instead of oppening Windows Explorer as it used to do.

Any idea what was changed in 121 update ??

Version 121.0.2277.106 fixed the issue on our side
