Im not getting a email that I just redeemed a robux card.

Hi! Ive been trying to redeem a robux card but every time I press "redeem reward" it says There’s an issue with your account or order." It also says I've been sent a email and I check my email and outlook in the "junk" tab and theres nothing on both websites. Please help today is my birthday and I've been looking forward to redeeming this on my birthday.

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't get your Roblox card.

It seems that there might be some issues with their redemption service on their end. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist

with Rewards-related redemption problems. I recommend that you can try to contact the Rewards team for assistance with resolving this issue.
