I want to print the entire screen (from the top page, scrolling down to the last page) exactly as I see it on the screen. Using Windows 10, Microsoft Edge

I am using Window 10 and Microsoft Edge. I have a screen up that I want to print all the pages of exactly as I see them on the screen. (From the top page to the last one that I can scroll down to.)

If I use Control-P (or click on the 3 little dots at the top right of the screen and then click on print, I only get 1 page and it does not look exactly as my screen does.

I tried sending it to my email, and that did not work either.

So, can someone please tell me how to do this? I am sure that there is a way, but I have looked and looked and cannot find a way to do this.

( I do have Microsoft Office 365 if that might help. )

Thank You.

Hello CarolynLN,my name is Luiz Cruz independent consultant and I'm here to help you;

I understand that you are having problems printing on Edge;

How is the page you want to print? And how does the preview of the page appear when I click print?

If possible send a screenshot showing this;

Before sending the screenshot, you can try the solutions provided in the link below:

This is a common problem. Most web pages are formatted for viewing on your monitor, not for printing, so when you print the page, you won't always get what you see on your screen, and when you do get what you see on your screen, it might look very different. Some websites will include a separate version of a page that is formatted specifically to be printed. Otherwise, you're stuck with what you get.

Nevertheless, there are workarounds. You can take a screenshot of the page, but you'll be limited to what is visible on your monitor. There is third-party software that will take a screenshot of the entire page, including the portion not displayed on your monitor. But the screenshot will be an image - e.g., a .jpeg or a .png - so you won't be able to do anything to the image and, again, the image won't be formatted for printing.

Other workarounds you might try are to print the page as a PDF, which may or may not give a better result than simply printing the page on paper. One other thing to try is a web clipper, like the OneNote web clipper that's part of Microsoft OneNote.
