Unfortunately, Facebook shut down its Windows application on February 28, 2020.
Therefore, your application is no longer available.
Only the "Messenger" application is available.
An alternative that you can do is to use the Facebook page as an application through MS Edge!
To do this:
> Open MS Edge
> Access the Facebook website
> Click on the "Three dots" in the upper right corner of MS Edge
> Place your mouse over the "Apps" option
> Click on "Install this website as an application"
