I have Yahoo emails and some of them come through encrypted. Have tried looking looking for answers but all too technical or do not exist on my computer.

I have yahoo emails installed and over the last couple of months some have been coming through encrypted. I also have the emails on my phone which are not affected. Have tried looking for answers online but either too technical or not on my pc. I am not very technical so answers please in plain English.

May I ask whether your Yahoo Mail is used through Yahoo Mail APP or web page?

Since Yahoo Mail is a product of a third party(Non-Microsoft product), I can only provide limited help, so I need to confirm some information or screenshots with you.

If possible, please provide the error of "encrypted" email or the information that the email cannot be accessed.

Also, if you're using Yahoo! 's App or web version, it's wise to consult Yahoo!' s email support directly.
