I am already signed in but forgot password how to recover password now help please. Also it is not syncing an error is coming. I don't won't to lose this account it's important.

Yes I forgot account password. There is a error and I can't open outlook and it is telling me to sign in again that's why I want to recover password.

Sorry for the late response. To recover or reset your Microsoft account password, you must send a verification code to your security info like a phone number or alternate email address. However, if your security info is not available, your next option is to submit a recovery form. I shared the links below with steps you can follow.

If you're still unable to recover your account using the form, you can use reach support by chat using the sign-in helper tool in the link below. Just follow the steps from Password problems > Reset forgotten password till you reach the link to chat.
