this website says it does not support even if the version is proper.

Hi Raj_microsoft,

My name is Lee. For some reason, it did not open on Microsoft Edge but it did open using Google Chrome. Try Chrome instead it looks like it's a website restriction.

If my suggestion did not solve the issue, please reply back so we can try other step.

I know that but if the website says it supports Edge 49 and above then why not Edge 81? And by the way new Microsoft Edge for Windows 8 is awesome so I expect my all work to do on this instead of Chrome.

This is my observation. It looks like this website does not support the new Microsoft Edge. If the Legacy Edge works best for you, you may uninstall the new Edge in Apps and the default Legacy Microsoft Edge will come back.
