Can you try the methods below?
1. Make sure that your Date and Time are set correctly.
In the Settings window, click on Time & Language. > Date & time > Sync.
2. Use the the Internet Properties
> Press Win + R keys to open the Run box, and then type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
> Inside the Internet Properties window, go to the Connection tab and click LAN settings.
> Uncheck the box Use a Proxy Server for your LAN and check the Automatically detect settings box. Then click OK to save the change and reboot your PC.
3. Try a different browser.
