Clear the Microsoft Edge cookies and cache as instructed below:
1. Open "Settings and more (Alt + F)" and select "Settings";
2. In the left panel, select "Privacy, Search and Services";
3. Under "Clear browsing data", click on "Choose what to clear";
4. Under "Time Interval", select the desired period or "All time" to clear all;
5. Leave marked at least "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files";
6. Click on "Clean Now".
