Edge keeps logging me out of my Google account whenever I close the PC or even hibernate it ��

Hello dear Microsoft Support team My edge is having the problem that you read in the HeadlinesI have these specifications on my Lenovo ThinkPad R61 :-

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7300

@ 4.00GHz 4.00 GHz

12.00 GB

32-bit operating system, x64-based processor

My Laptop has this Operating System :-

Windows 10 Professional version 2004 which I installed on 8/22/2020 and it's version number is 19041.450 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0 

MY EDGE details are as follows

Version 85.0.564.44 (Official build) (32-bit) and it is showing Microsoft Edge is up to date.

What anti-virus do you use?

Have you tried using Microsoft Edge temporarily without extensions to isolate if an extension isn't interfering?

Dear Summit ,

I too am a Windows Insider but I am not using Microsoft Edge Beta .

I have tried removing extensions but with no luck. The extensions might not be the problem because when I used Microsoft Edge half a month back it was nice but after updating my Windows to Version 2004 I am having this problem. I would not like to revert back to Last Version of Windows so I would love to get a answer that does not recommend me to switch back to the last version of Windows. I am using Edge from the last 1 Year but this it is the first time I encountered a problem with it. Please find a answer to it .

Thank you Priyansu. I have seen some cases where the anti-virus was the cause like this one, which is why I asked.

I don't have any antivirus except Windows Security and I have tried disabling Windows Security also.

Alright, can you tell if the issue exists in a new profile as well?

Go to:

edge://settings/profiles

Click Add profile and add a temporary profile.

Try reproducing your issue and let us know.
