We recently bought new URL and for some reason it is "blocked" by Defender. My organization have Unblocked the URL, After that it works, but the URL is public and I can't tell every user to "unblock". We never had a problem with URL before until now. Is there anyway to get MS Defender to not block the URL?

You need to configure the right SSL certificate on your domain provider. Despite both domains being yours, the antivirus doesn't know this, for them it's like one person trying to enter a place using the ID card of someone else.

This domain www.DontWaitToInflate.org is a redirect to the origin domain folder https://www.PugetSoundStartsHere.org/DontWaitToInflate/
Does www.DontWaitToInflate.org need a separate SSL certificate? It's a redirect. Also, we have bought plenty of domain and redirected it in the past and no problems.

If you disable the HTTPS redirection of the domain and keep only the HTTP the problem is fixed and you don't need an SSL certificate. You need to check on your domain provider settings for a "HTTPS" option and disable it for this domain.
