Clearing Browser History with McAfee True Key

When I clear my Microsoft Edge browser history, it doesn't clear history from McAfee True Key.  Its there compatability isssues?

McAfee True Key is a browser extension. Like other password management software, it does not save its history of sites or passwords in the browser history; that area of the user profile is too volatile. Instead, the information is stored in an encrypted file, often known as the Master Password file. Any settings that you manage and the way the extension behaves need to be managed through the extension itself.
