Can't Turn Off Safesearch?

For some reason, I cannot regulate Safesearch anymore. There used to be a button in my browser labeled "Safesearch" with a drop-down arrow, where you could select what versions of Safesearch you wanted your browser to be on(strict, moderate, or off). Now, it appears that that is not an option. There seems to be something restricting this option. Does anyone know how to reverse this?

There are countries or regions on Bing that require a strict Safe Search settings. You may want to check the Country/Region under settings in Bing.

 

However, there are possibilities that the restriction could be due to other factors.

  • Is your computer configured under domain environment or using any work/school account?
  • What region is set under Safe Search Settings?

Block adult content with SafeSearch

 

Also, it would be great if you could provide us the screenshot. Please make sure there are no personal information included in the screenshot.
