Can't login into bing in edge

i am using my microsoft account for my laptop, and having microsoft 365 subscription.

i can login into my pc and sub, but somehow i can't use bing service in my laptop's browser (which is microsoft edge).
I am able to login to microsoft.com, but not on my browser and bing, why is that?

it is more confusing since i can use it on my phone, but not my laptop.

According to your description, your account can be logged in normally on other devices, which means your account status is normal, do you have a specific error message or screenshot to provide me with your failed attempt to log in at Edge?

I think you can try to add an alias to your Microsoft account first, and then try to log in to your Microsoft account through the alias, please refer to the link below for adding an alias to your account:

i will try your recommendation and see if it works or not, before that here's the recording to show the error. it just redirects without returning any error message..
