Can't Enter Credit Card Info

When ordering on line my computer with Windows 10 will not let me enter my credit card number.  It was working fine and then it just stopped.  Microsoft suggested changing browers but that hasn't worked either.  Ready to throw computer out window.  Any suggestions?

Try to use your mobile phone instead connected with the network of the mobile phone carrier to check if the issue is with the page or with the computer you are using in order to get the new computer through Microsoft Store.

1. Can you type numbers in at other sites? Can you type this number into Bing and Google to search? 8006427676

Yes I can type numbers in Google and Bing and no I am not running third party programs.

It would be odd to have this problem with both Edge and Internet Explorer.

Try clearing the cache.

Edge: [Ctrl+Shift+Del] > clear cached images and files and autofill form data. Won't hurt to clear History, Cookies, etc but I don't think it's necessary yet.

Internet Explorer: Internet Options> General tab> Browsing History> Delete> uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data" then delete Temporary Internet Files. No reason, yet, to delete cookies, history,  passwords, etc.

I had already done that but did it again to no avail.

1. See if you can sign in, make a purchase and pay with Edge in InPrivate Mode (Ctrl+Shift+p)

2. You simply can't type numbers into a credit card/debit card field?

3. Any other browsers installed? Chrome? Firefox? Opera?

when I type to the my list info paperwork  there show benefits then it said how long have you been employment ? I was alike ok oh oh
