How do I disable error reporting in office for mac 2011?
Although Phillip's general suggestion to confirm & address why MERP is being triggered [assuming it is] is valid, the program can be disabled.

  1. Quit all Microsoft apps
  2. Go to HD:Library:Application Support:Microsoft:MERP2.0
  3. Launch Microsoft Error
  4. Go to Microsoft Error Reporting in the Menu Bar
  5. Select Preferences
  6. Clear the check box
  7. Quit MERP

Note: No offense, but unless you have a valid technically based reason for doing so, it isn't recommended that this be done. When there are no problems with the operation of the system/software, MERP running in the background should not be an issue. If it is an issue the info it tracks can be instrumental in correcting the problems more effectively.
