I am unable to activate Office 365 Home Premium on my MacBook Pro. I have paid for an annual subscription. The error I get is "Sign in failed because the password is incorrect or the sign-in name does not exist." I am certain I am entering the correct
information. I would contact support, but the support website keeps sending me in circles and won't give me a link or number to actually contact someone.
