Try running the Homegroup Troubleshooter on the problem computer AND another one that is actively in the Homegroup. I have found that can resolve this problem. Also does your NETWORK see the computer and can you see other computers. If not Network Discovery
may be off.
It is sad that the Homegroup MUST be setup after every time a new build is installed. VERY frustrating and I have left Feedback in the Feedback Hub numerous times to no avail !
