Hello,
I am on Windows Preview 14316 on the Fast Ring. The new update came out a few days ago. However, I am unable to install it. I made sure I had enough space on my system drive, and the update downloaded fine. However, when it comes to preparing to install updates, it goes fine, until it reaches 100 %. After which it gets stuck at 100 %. I let it run for hours to no avail (sometimes, the "settings" window closes on its own for no apparent reason although I'm not sure if it is relevant). I already tried to reset the Windows Updates components. When I do that, the updates download again, but the problem reoccurs at "preparing to install updates".
I am not sure what else to do and I require help.
