KB3122947 fails with error code 80070643

KB3122947 will not install. I get error code 80070643. Also Disc Cleaner not clearing temp. files and temp. internet files.

This update fails to install with error 0x80070643.  Hopefully, Microsoft would promptly take action to fix the problem introduced.  My build current is 10586.17.

Received and installed on my production computer but not offered on my test computer.  Trying other computers,
Offered on production computer not on test computer.

Looks like Insider machines are not getting this KB3122947.

Fails also on two of my computers; both are HP products.....

One is a HP Compaq Convertible 8100 Minitower and the other is an HP Laptop with an Intel I7 processor.......

Both are 32 Bit computers with MS 10 Build 1517 installed......

Tried various things; nothing works to resolve this issue......

This is a known problem and I'm sure MS will pull it soon, just for info I have 3 systems 2 on RTM and one on Preview the 2 updated with no problem and the preview one it failed, just give it time

What security program are you running?

Windows Defender and Malware bytes. Normally prior to any builds I delete Malware bytes, maybe I should do that for this update.
Edit: Deleting Malware bytes had no effect. Will wait on Microsoft.

Edit: was not offered on Insider laptop so maybe it was pulled.

I have installed Windows update KB3122947 today on three of my computers with no problems.  Prior to this update the Facebook App was crashing at startup. After this update, the Facebook App does not crash on any of my computers.
