You could try turning off fast startup and see if you get the startup issue.
1. Right-click start, Power Options
2. Click Require a password on wakeup
3. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable
4. Untick [ ] Turn on fast startup
5. Click [Save changes] button
6. Shutdown
7. Start your computer and login.

Have you had this issue before build 14267?
Have you checked Device Manager to see if any yellow ! marks are found?

try to go in power options and click on the change advanced power settings there go to pci express and set to off what you find tthere.

Hi,
Try entering powercfg -h off into a Command Prompt (Admin), or possibly RUN...
Right click on the icon on the lower left corner... They will both be there...
Later, you can use powercfg -h on to turn it back on...
This turns off hibernation which in a way, is used Fast Startup...

when I push the power button, just the logo of Vaio or Samsung (I have 2 laptops, and they have the same issue after updated) appear and it stays like that, nothing happened.
You could try changing your symptom by adding a boot menu. Doing that would also give you more options at boot time.
