Issue with windows 10 build 14267.1000

With the last update of windows 10 build 14267.1000, when I push the power button, just the logo of Vaio or Samsung (I have 2 laptops, and they have the same issue after updated) appear and it stays like that, nothing happened. I had to push the power button again for maybe 4-5 seconds until my laptop is shutdown then push the power button again, This can make my laptop works as usual.

3. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable

4. Untick [   ] Turn on fast startup

Hi,

Try entering powercfg -h off into a Command Prompt (Admin), or possibly RUN...

Right click on the icon on the lower left corner... They will both be there...

Later, you can use powercfg -h on to turn it back on...

This turns off hibernation which in a way, is used Fast Startup...

You could try changing your symptom by adding a boot menu.  Doing that would also give you more options at boot time.

I've also encountered this problem since updating to this  build.  Never had the problem before.  I've got a Surface Pro 3, and like described in the original post.  When powering on just the name Surface appears.  Have to hold the power button to shut it off, and then it will start up on the next attempt.  Don't like to have to create workarounds, since it's obviously there's a bug in this release.
