error 0x80240031 for download build 14379

Hi,i am insider and  i want download build 14379
i want twice time update windows , both times download completed but show error is not installed. What should I do?

Had this sort of problem twice recently with insider updates

Tried all the fixes I could find

Nothing worked

Then a MS tech suggested creating a new user account with admin rights and running the check for updates and update from that account.

I was very doubtful it would work - but you know what, it did

Worth a try.
