Build 15061 Error 0x80091007

I keep getting error 0x80091007 trying to install build 15061 - anyone know why & how to fix this? On two other installs it upgraded without issue..

UPDATE: While waiting I kept trying the 'retry' option, which had still failed repeatedly until I posted this problem here, then I tried the 'retry' again & it finally went to the 'restart' so it is now upgrading apparently - will post if anything else goes wrong..

UPDATE 2: The upgrade to 15061 continued without issue.. so not sure what the error was all about..

Did your first try at upgrade to build 15061 have Windows Defender update included too?

Sometimes Windows Defender updates interfere with build update.

I use "show & hide driver" troubleshooter from Microsoft to see if any upgrades/updates are present.

(click on hide update selection will show if there are updates to be hidden)

If there is Windows Defender update I usually start that update from Windows Defender app and not from Windows update setting page to avoid clash with upgrade build.
