Telus webmail doesn’t open in Microsoft Edge

Does it happen with any other website?

Did you notice any changes on the computer prior to experiencing this issue?

One of the possible reasons for this issue could be the compatibility. Websites which are built using older web technologies may not work properly with Microsoft Edge.

Meanwhile, I suggest to try the following troubleshooting methods and see if it works, however before you try any of these methods, I would suggest to back up your favorites and passwords which you might have saved in the browser cache.

Method 1: Clear browser cache.

• Click on the ellipses (3 dots) button at the right upper corner.

• Under browsing data, click on Choose what to keep.

• Select all checkboxes and click on Clear.

• Close the web browser and re-launch it.

Method 2: Reset Edge.

Repairing the browser won't affect anything, but resetting will remove your history, cookies, and any settings you might have changed.

Go to Settings->Apps->Apps & features->Microsoft Edge->Advanced options->Reset

As mentioned earlier, there could be a possible compatibility issue which doesn’t let the website load in Microsoft Edge and in that case I would also suggest to have a check with Telus support if the issue persists after resetting the browser.

If your Telus webmail won’t open in Microsoft Edge then you need to check in browser settings i.e. any extension or add-blocker. If you find, then disable it. Update your browser, if any update is pending. Corrupt browser is the reason when you won’t able to open Telus webmail account.

Sometimes, you have registered in Telus account, but not activate so, activate your account by verifying email link.
