5 times? you do know you can temporarily disable insider builds don't you?
It's got to stop rebooting over and over again before you can do that. But, certain developer features only work properly (unless further changes have been made I was unaware about) when you have insider preview builds turned on. I couldn't even get to
the Desktop until this morning. My system kept rebooting over and over again and installing and rolling back repeatedly until sometime this morning. I started the update at night, and after a couple hours of this just went to bed rather than sit and watch
it keep doing that.
UPDATE:
Turning off Insider Builds does nothing to change the behavior. Did that today. The update still pops up, downloads, and then informs you that it will be restarting your system during hours when you aren't using it. Trying to restart the system, or shut
it down, also attempts to install the update.
