App install issues - error code 0x803f7003

Just upgraded to windows 10, when installing apps from the store i get error code 0x803f7003 Windows is fully up to date, i have refreshed the store cache, not sure what else i can do to fix this?

Hi,

 

Thank you for your interest in using Windows 10. We recommend running the following Power Shell script to re-register the new Store and check if that helps you:

  1. In the Search box, type CMD

  2. Right click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator

  3. In the command prompt, enter the following command:

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
