Method 1: Check if the Date, time and Time zone is set correct

Method 2: Clear Windows Store cache
I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check how it works. Follow the steps below:
Method 3: Disable proxy Connection
If you are using any Proxy connection, then try disabling the proxy connection and check.
