0x80070002 error code when I try to install apps in the Windows Store (Both blue and green) build 10074

When I try to download an app or update form whatever store I try it always says this error 0x80070002 and can't install. Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10074

Hi,

Please answer the following questions so that we can help you.

  1. Do you have any Security Program installed?
  2. Are you using a Local account or Microsoft account?
  3. Do you use a proxy connection?

Method 1: Check if the Date, time and Time zone is set correct 

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

  1. Click on the Date and Time from the right bottom of the screen.
  2. Click Change date and time button.
  3. Click Apply and Ok to save the date and time.

Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.

Method 2: Clear Windows Store cache

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check how it works. Follow the steps below:

  1. Press Windows logo key + R.
  2. Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
  3. Check if issue persists.

Method 3: Disable proxy Connection

If you are using any Proxy connection, then try disabling the proxy connection and check.

Follow the steps to disable proxy connection:

  1. Click the Gearbox at the top right corner in internet explorer.
  2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
  4. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.
  5. Click on ok.
