There is no Keylogger in the Windows 10 Technical Preview.

1. Change start, settings, Privacy - general

Turn off - Send Microsoft Info about how I write to help us improve typing and writing in the future.

2. Change start, settings, Privacy - speech, Inking & typing

Turn off Cortana - click - Stop getting to know me

(You wont be able to use Cortana if you do this)
