Device Performance and Health - No Reports

Whenever I check the Windows Defender Security Center, even after perfmon /report, I see "Health report is not available" under "Device performance & health". I don't know if this is normal, but is there any way to get a health report?

Mine's always been blank. Until today that is.  Something now shows.  It's not very exciting though.

Just by chance is the version of windows you're using the Pro version? The only reason I ask is I have 3 computers all running Win10 15063.11, two are the Home version and security center displays the Health Report correctly, and the third is Pro and I receive the same message as you describe: Health report is not available" plus there is no green check mark on the icon at the main screen of the security center - maybe this is by design with the Pro version? I noticed that the Pro version as an additional folder that the Home version doesn't contain: it's located under Program Files>Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection.  I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find a reason or a solution.

I have 2 computers on 15063.14 where one is Home and the other Pro.  Both show 'Health report is not available'.

The age of the computers are 7 and 4 years respectively.  Maybe only new(ish) computers can show performance and health.

Update

Both computers were started and Windows Defender Security Centre opened at the same time.  Within about 5 minutes of posting, both have produced a health report. No green tick with Home but the pro has an exclamation mark against 'Device driver' with 1 recommendation but does not say which driver or what the recommendation is so must go looking.

I'm on Enterprise, so even more likely if that's the case. The report showed once after I disabled drivers but then disappeared and hasn't shown up since. My computer is 3 years old, so pretty new. Windows was also clean installed. Also, Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection is a paid service for businesses to monitor potential attacks on their machines, so useless to the average consumer.

Make sure you do all scans including a full system scan after the offline.   I was able to do all 3 of mine PCs.
