Windows Defender Actions Recommended? All Good in Security Center.

Hello!

I'm running Windows Defender in Build 17063.1000. I've noticed that my Defender taskbar icon is saying "Actions Recommended" since I installed this build. When I open up the Windows Defender Security Center, all of the apps show the green checkmark. Note: I do not need to set Parental Controls of any type. I wonder if that's why it's saying "action recommended", but if so, why? I think I'm safe, but I want to make sure. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! :)

It seems I have seen on some other Post that the Icon is having some problems having the green check-mark.

I dragged it to the Taskbar so it shows all the time and it has not always been green but the Defender window when Open has been OK. Don't think there is any Real Problem though.

Mine Is On Red But It says An update Has be found  That like for no reason When I start it up it was like this but red And IT Has gitched When I check it it was yellow
