touch calibration issue in windows insider build 14342 for fast ring

yesterday i upgraded my phone BLU WIN Jr LTE 130e to windows 10 mobile via upgrade adviser app

initially it was running smooth and perfect but I noticed some battery drainage issue but then i mistakenly updated by phone to build 14342 for fast ring and after that my touch isn't working properly

i tried to reset my phone but i cant bcoz of the poor touch experience and when im trying to use windows device recovery tool its not working on that too

it keep on showing some steps which im following but nothing is happen i cant rollback to my previous os or build and i cant use my phone :/

plz tell me what to do

Ive followed all the steps mentioned here but nothing has happened when i restart my device as it is mentioned in the steps my device isn't visible on my pc after i restart my phone and put it on flash mode

The soft reset is the same thing as pulling your battery (on devices where that is possible). This method will not remove anything at all from your phone and is completely safe to attempt in any problem situation.

 

So I suggest you to perform the soft reset by having your phone turned on. Then press and hold the volume down and Power buttons until your phone vibrates and restarts. Note that you should not touch the device screen during the process (not even when the 'slide down to power off' prompt appears).

 

Example of situations where the soft reset should solve the problem:

  • An app that usually starts won't start

  • The camera won't open

  • The device starts using too much battery

  • The device starts behaving oddly.

i did both soft and hard reset but nothing is happening

after doing soft reset nothing happened so i chose to do hard reset and now im not able to select language due to touch issue

I have even used the device recovery tool to flash 8.1 back and the problem persists the phone is completely unusable even after downgrade, the touch calibration seems to be permanently messed up, I can't do anything

I gave my phone to service center and now its working absolutely fine and there are no issue

But i have 1 question can I install the latest build on my Blu Win Jr LTE bcoz I wanna whetherIcrosoft has fixed the touch issue in its latest build or not

I have the same problem,cannot use the screen for most things,the touch screen is terrible,no response.The phone is useless.

I tried for 4-5 days to rollback my device to windows 8.1

u can try it too

download windows device recovery tool

connect ur phone

choose Blu Win Jr X130q do not choose x130e

it will start downloading the os and u get ur device roll backed to win 8.1

i wasn't able to roll back my device so i gave my device to service center they took more than a week to rollback my device to win 8.1

My device rolled back with the recovery tool ,no problems at all.I never should have gotten fast updates,will go to insider slow builds.
