msvcp110.dll - windows 10 has this version installed (updated)

msvcp100.dll - for windows x32 bit you just need the first one but for x64 bit you need to install both

You will need to install the VC++ redistributable packages

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555

Install vcredist_x86.exe

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download Center
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632

Install vcredist_x64.exe

I upgraded from W8.1 to W10. Some programmes didn't start because of the missing MSVCP100.dll  and MSVCR100.dll file. But they exist on the Windows folder. So they where not missing at all.

I installed the latest version of Adobe Reader (that has nothing to do with the problem, the 'previous' Adobe reader worked perfect). After the installation of the latest version, the other programes worked fine then. Seems that the installation activated the .dll files again.

Hope this helps.
