Build 17063

I updated my Surface Pro 3, and now my Surface brings me the 'sihost.exe - System Warning of Unknown Hard Error'.

Start, PC Settings, notifications (basically, anything Windows 10) is not working.

I've tried refreshing my PC and it brings up the 'No More BitLocker Options Available', this occurs when trying to reset my Surface, and when trying to restore to a previous version.

My Surface came pre-installed with Windows so I don't think I have an activation code, I do however have a Product ID, when I visit the System settings in the 'old' Windows interface.

Please advise on what I can do now!

Thanks

Hi,

Your issue can be possibly caused by a corruption in system files. For us to provide you an accurate information/resolution for your issue, we would like to know if you're subscribed to Windows Insider Program.

In the meantime, download the recovery image for your Surface, create an ISO and do a clean install.
