not able to download build 10.0.14393.103

Hello,

I tried to download ans install insider preview build 10.0.14393.10 but getting error code 0x80310000. I did soft reset also but no use. I use Microsoft 950 xl duel Sim.Please help me

This is not a build it's a cumulative update for systems that are running build 14393.67 or 14393.82 in the Slow or the Release Preview ring.

What I am supposed to do now?! My mobile is running 10.0.14383.82 and it says new build 10.0.14393.103 is available for update and whenever I try to to install it the above problem persist. Please help

Hold Volume down and Power button until phone shuts down and restarts.

Then try again.....

Tried Volume down + power key restarted the phone and tried,   and also Volume Up + Power button (soft reset) as well. Still no use. This is hopeless.
