Suat, if you can do a clean install to a different partition, that might be what you'll end up having to do. I'll make one wild guess that your problem might be connected to .NET. Back a few builds I got error 0x80070643 that went away when I uninstalled
my .NET stuff. Like I say that's just a wild guess. I did a search for your error code, but didn't see anything easily understandable.
My test desktops 1 & 2 have successfully upgraded from 16241 to 16251 and are working just fine so far. Good luck!
