I haven't seen this one yet so I'll throw this out there
when trying to update to the latest build 14291, my desktop will start the update but during the 1st restart the screen will just begin to flash black and white until I restart the computer (restart, not power down). Once I restart the system rolls me back to the last build. I've included the latest dxdiag below for system specs (homebrew AMD rig)..any advice? Or just posting a new bug...have a good day
