Go to Kasparsny and get their uninstalling program ant uninstall totalty. Just uninstalling in Programs and Features does not remove all of the code. This extra code is what is causing your problem.
Also it may take hours for 17666.1000 to complete. One of my laptops took 7 1/2 hours. My faster ones were around 2 1/2 hours.
