Can't see thumbnails of images in Windows 10 Technical Preview (screen shot added)

Hi

Recently i have noticed that after upgrading to windows 10 build 9860 i cant see thumbnails of images im my pc.
and i have noticed that when i go to images properties and then go to details and when i modify that details i can only see that image thumbnail..

Open a command prompt and navigate to the folder containing your pictures. 

Type "del *.db /s /as" (without the quotes).

This will delete all the thumbnail cache files including those in subdirectories and cause them to be rebuilt next time you open the folder.

This seems to be working fine now as my thumbnails were still there after a reboot.

As previous post, new update Bld 9879, solved problem, thumbnails OK, like new folder icons and animation response has improved.
A computer is a device, that requires human input to operate efficiently.
Alas we humans do fail!!!!
