Windows phone error code: 0x8009002d

When I start my windows phone that have the insider program, I get an error, it let me go ahead and unlock the phone, but i can't go any further. It shows this in a black screen after I unlock it "Something went wrong (code: 0x8009002d) Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem. It also shows my notifications and have my wallpaper in the lock screen. I have restarted my phone 8 times at diferent hours today, and nothing happened

I found something that worked on my phone and I hope it will work on other phones.

I logged into my Microsoft account and went to the "find my phone" section.  I then chose the "Lock" option, which required me to enter a 6 digit pin code.  This feature then turned my phone off.  After I turned my phone on and entered the 6 digit pin everything seems to be working (fingers crossed).
