Wifi Driver in windows 10 was lost???

Hello,

I have probem, why Wi-Fi driver in Windows 10 was lost suddenly???
but I check in device managaer.. actualy (the driver) not lost but the driver was Hidden...
Help me please.....

Please write to us with the following details.

  1. How did you unhide the devices from Device manager?

  2. Do you get any error when you try to access Internet using your computer?

I suggest you to follow the steps given in the link below and check if it helps you. The link given below gives you command line steps to make the Hidden devices to appear in device manager.

Check the issue, if you still face this issue you can follow the steps given below.

I suggest you to install the latest Network Drivers from the Acer link. Follow the steps given below to uninstall and reinstall the latest driver.

Step 1: Uninstall the Network Adapter.

  1. Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

  2. Search for Network Adapter and expand it.

  3. Right click on the Network Adapter and select Uninstall.

Steps 2: Click on the link below and type in the correct model number V5-431 under Search by Product Model. You will get a list of drivers. Select Windows 8.1 drivers depending on the bit version of your computer and install it.
