You can try uninstalling the driver in Device Manager, but don't delete the driver.  Then restart the computer and it will reinstall the driver.

You really haven't told us what your computer is nor what cpu and its generation is so its kind of hard for anyone to give much help to you.

You could look in your TaskManager at the StartUp tab and disable the intel igfx tray icon.  That may be  what is crashing/restarting.

After reinstalling the driver and removing the IGFX icon, the issue still occurs.  It definitely didn't happen on earlier builds.

Having this same issue with my dual GPU i7-4700/Iris 4600/Nvidia 770M laptop.

Everytime I do full screen it 8/10 says the driver has crashed and been restored successfully. I am outputting to an external monitor so I thought this was the issue but it crashes when using my laptop screen only also.

UPDATE: I am not getting it as frequently now but it still happens, 9/10 on when I am viewing a video on MPC-HC and double click to full screen or come out of full screen.

Not sure what reduced it from being highly annoying to just annoying but what also happens is that MPC-HC freezes and I can only ALT-TAB to get out and force close the app.

It's obviously something to do with Windows 10 as I never had this issue on previous incarnations.
