DirectX 12

i just installed windows 10 and i still have DirectX 11.2 .. how can i get DirectX 12 ??

my graphics card is this :

Manufacturer:    ATI
Model:    AMD Radeon HD 5450

also when i put the resolution to the highest on the left of the screen a part is not visible .. it's a bit pushed inside.. can i fix that ?

Does your Video card support DirectX 12. Looks like it only fully supports 11. That will be why you don't see DirectX 12.

Does your Video card support DirectX 12. Looks like it only fully supports 11. That will be why you don't see DirectX 12.

lol i really don't know if it supports directx 12 .. probably it doesn't but how can i fix this ? should i update my drivers ?

Only the AMD 7000, RX 200 and RX 300 Series support DirectX12.

As Kobi has shown you would need to purchase a new card.

That card doesn't support DirectX 12, so no matter how many drivers you download it will still be 11.2, adjusted your resolution to fit the spec's of your monitor.
